John L. Knowles - BComm., C.A., - President & Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Knowles has over 25 years experience in senior roles with Canadian and international resource companies. Prior to joining Wildcat he was Executive V.P. and CFO of Aur Resources Inc. from 2005 to 2006. He was CFO of Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Inc. from 1996 to 2005 and, following its acquisition by HudBay Minerals Inc., he was concurrently V.P. and CFO of HudBay until 2005.
Mr. Knowles is a director of HudBay Minerals Inc., a mining and metal processing company, and of private companies involved in international gold exploration, biopharmaceuticals and real estate development. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. |

Glen G. Gowryluk – C.A. – Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mr. Gowryluk is a Chartered Accountant, and has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Company since January 2007.
Mr. Gowryluk has been active as an independent financial consultant for the past four years. Prior to his consultancy practice, he was Chief Financial Officer for Ceridian Canada Ltd. Mr. Gowryluk is a director of Habitat for Humanity, Winnipeg.

Andrew W. Daniels - BSc. Management, Director
In 1995, Mr. Daniels founded Daniels Trading, a commodity futures and options brokerage firm, headquartered in Chicago IL., and he has been CEO since inception. Daniels Trading advises commercial and high net worth individuals in trading global markets.
Mr. Daniels received his Bachelor of Science, Management, degree from Tulane University. |

Denis G. Fillion - C.M.A., Director
Mr. Fillion has been a director of Wildcat since July 2003. He is the owner of Denis G. Fillion Ltd, Certified Management Accountant and Vice-President of the Manitoba Society of Management Accountants. Mr. Fillion has been practicing public accounting since 1972. His clients have included a broad range of enterprises across Canada. |

Charles G. Pitcher, B.Sc. Mining Engineering, P.Eng, Director
Mr. Pitcher has held several senior executive positions during his 40 year career in the areas of civil construction and mine development. He has worked globally on the engineering, development and operations of the underground and open-pit mining of base and precious metals and coal. More recently he was the President and CEO for Western Canadian Coal Corp in the development of two major coal mines in Northeast British Columbia.
Mr. Pitcher is currently President of The Mining House Inc, a provider of engineering services related to project development and management. Mr. Pitcher is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology and holds a Mining Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines. |

Edward Yarrow - BSc. Geology, Director
Mr. Yarrow is a senior economic geologist with over 35 years experience in the minerals industry. He has been involved in a number of discoveries of massive sulphide, magmatic nickel, tungsten and gold during this timeframe.
Recently retired as VP Exploration of Anglo American plc with responsibility for North America and Europe, Mr. Yarrow has extensive experience in commercial and legal aspects of the business and new business development in a number of different countries. He is a past director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and he has served as VP Exploration of Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co., Limited and Western Canada Exploration Manager of Mingold Resources Inc. Mr. Yarrow received his Bachelor of Science, Geology, degree from the University of British Columbia and his MBA from Simon Fraser University. |
