Mark Fedikow, Ph.D., P. Geo.
Dr. Fedikow received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Windsor and subsequently received a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada scholarship to attend the School of Applied Geology at the University of New South Wales, Australia where he was awarded a Ph.D. in Exploration Geochemistry.

Dr. Fedikow has worked for a number of junior and major mining companies as well as the Manitoba Geological Survey where he was Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits section, working in all of the significant mining camps in Manitoba. In 2001, he received the Provincial Geologists’ Gold Medal, a national Canadian award in the geosciences. Dr. Fedikow had input to Wildcat’s recent mobile metal ions surveys on the Foster River Zinc Project in Saskatchewan and its gold and nickel-copper-platinum-palladium projects in the Reed Lake Greenstone Belt of Manitoba, which resulted in new information that the Company is using to interpret and advance those projects.

Paul G. Spry, Ph.D
Dr. Spry is a professor in the Department of Geological and Atmospheric Sciences, Iowa State University. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Adelaide, South Australia, and he earned his doctorate at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Spry, who has co-authored three books and numerous refereed papers and abstracts, is an internationally recognized expert on the genesis of ore deposits. His work on the geology and geochemistry of the Broken Hill orebody in Australia and similar mineralization around the world is particularly relevant to Wildcat’s Foster River Project. Dr. Spry has assisted Wildcat on various aspects of the exploration conducted on the property since 2005.

R. Barry Cook, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Cook received his B.Sc. (Eng) and M.Sc. (Eng) degrees from Queen’s University and he is a registered professional engineer and/or a registered professional geologist in various provinces and territories of Canada.

He is an Associate Consulting Geologist with Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates, prior to which he had a long and successful career with Cominco Ltd., working on in a wide variety of geological models and terrains in Canada and overseas. In his consulting career Mr. Cook has consulted to Canadian and international clients, including Noranda, Teck Cominco, Phelps Dodge and Rio Tinto.

Bruce W. Mackie, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Mackie is a professional geologist, and received his B.Sc. degree in geology and chemistry from Carleton University and his M.Sc. in geology from the University of Manitoba.

He has more than 30 years of mining industry experience in Canada and internationally. He has a proven exploration record, having managed several successful projects in gold and base metals in senior positions with Noranda, Hemlo Gold and North American Palladium.
